Requirements:
Eligible applicants must be named on the deed of at least one lot within Peaceful Valley
Must be able to be bonded
Eligible applicants must be in good standing with Peaceful Valley (ie. have their PVCC account current)
Responsibilities:
Be a responsible representative of Peaceful Valley, in both demeanor and management of your own property
Attend monthly board meetings, as often as is possible, notifying the Office Manager in advance if you cannot attend
Check in with the PVCC Office at least once a week, during business hours, to sign checks, address permit forms or complaints
