Notice of loose dogs

The Board has recently received reports regarding loose dogs within the community. We want to take a moment to remind everyone of the importance of pet containment and mutual consideration to help keep Peaceful Valley a safe and comfortable place for all residents.

Per PVCC Rules & Regulations, all pets must be properly contained and under control at all times. Allowing pets to roam freely can create safety concerns for neighbors, children, other pets, and visitors, and can impact the peaceful enjoyment of our community.
We recognize that most pet owners are responsible and attentive, and we appreciate the care many residents take to ensure their animals are safely managed. This reminder is intended to be preventative and supportive, not punitive.

If you are experiencing an ongoing issue that affects the enjoyment or safety of your home, or if you observe a potential violation of the community rules, please notify the PVCC office. Providing details allows us to document concerns and look into situations appropriately and fairly.

In cases of immediate safety concerns, residents should contact the appropriate local authorities.

We encourage all residents to review the Rules and Regulations periodically to stay informed and help maintain a positive community environment, and please sign up for the email list using the form below to receive notices and updates.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping maintain a respectful, safe, and neighborly community. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the PVCC office.
